Inhabiting the uninhabited
Furniture as an organic presence, between matter, use, and collection.
Certain forms do not seem to be drawn against matter, but with it. They do not seek to impose geometry, a pure line, or industrial perfection. They move differently: through curve, mass, fluidity, and a direct relationship between gesture and surface.
At Kar Studio, furniture fully belongs to this organic logic. A table, a seat, or a shelf retains its function, yet refuses to be reduced to it. The object exists first through its material presence: an inhabited, silent form that seems to have grown rather than simply been constructed.
